Broom Consultants prides itself on looking after its clients. Not only do we look to provide a great service and positive returns on your investments, but we also try to reduce your costs as much as possible.
You will be aware that within the last year we have changed our preferred Discretionary Fund Manager (FE Invest) and Platform provider (Nucleus). At that time, we negotiated with these companies to give our clients preferential fees, which were the lowest available to any clients within the country.
The initial deal was for the first year. During this time, we have worked closely with both providers and they are clearly happy with our working relationship in that we now have new deals with both FE Invest and Nucleus.
Nucleus have extended their reduction in rates until at least the end of 2021.
Nucleus charges are on a tiered basis. Broom Consultants have negotiated a reduction in the standard term charges for our clients’ first £500,000 of holdings. Nucleus will deduct its standard charge on a monthly basis and then rebate the reduced amount the following month.
In addition, until the end of 2021, we have also negotiated a reduction in platform charge to 0.20% for all clients moving from Elevate to Nucleus.
Not content with a reduction in the platform fees, we have also negotiated a further reduction in the DFM fees. FE Invest’s standard DFM charge is 0.275% plus vat. For Broom Consultants clients, this has been reduced to 0.19% plus vat which is a massive reduction of 0.085%.
We have contacted all our clients regarding the changeover to FE and Nucleus. If you have not responded
