About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Brentwood. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our advisers by ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing review documentation for client meetings.
  • Drafting post-meeting letters and follow-ups.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
