About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Brentwood. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our advisers by ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing review documentation for client meetings.
- Drafting post-meeting letters and follow-ups.
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records.
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in financial services administration (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
