Our client survey results are in…

We recently sent out a client survey to gain an insight into your thoughts and feelings about our service. As promised, we’re sharing the survey results with you and letting you know what changes we’ll make where necessary.

Of those who completed the survey, we’re delighted to say that:

  • 98.02% of clients believe that working with us has helped or will help them achieve their financial goals
  • 98.95% of clients would recommend us to their friends, family, or colleagues
  • 50.00% of clients have recommended us in the last 12 months alone.

We’re delighted that so many of our clients feel comfortable recommending us to their friends and family.

We’d also like to take a moment to sincerely thank those of you who have recommended us, particularly over the last 12 months. Recommendations are not only a wonderful endorsement of the service we provide, but they also play an important role in helping our business grow. As a small way of giving back, each recommendation results in a charitable donation.

Our performance

We were pleased to see how satisfied our clients were with our performance. We’re very happy to say that:

  • 99.00% of clients were satisfied with the speed of response from their adviser
  • 98.97% of clients were satisfied that we understood their needs, goals, and objectives
  • 98.41% of clients were satisfied with the speed of response from our support team
  • 96.89% of clients were satisfied with communication between our meetings.

Areas of discussion

Another thing we wanted to learn from our survey is which topics are most important to you, our clients. We asked retirees and those on the path to retirement what their biggest financial concerns were, and the following topics received the highest number of votes.

For retirees:

  • Not achieving other non-retirement financial goals
  • The level of investment returns or potential investment losses
  • Not having enough money to continue living their preferred lifestyle in retirement

For those on the path to retirement:

  • Their family’s financial security should anything happen to them
  • Not having enough money to retire at their preferred retirement age
  • Not having enough money to live their preferred lifestyle in retirement

For business owners:

  • Taking money from their business tax-efficiently
  • Maintaining or growing their business’s profitability
  • The impact on their family and their business if they become ill or die

While we understand that your priorities are unique to you, it’s useful to know some of the discussion areas that are most important to our clients. This ensures that you get the most out of our working relationship. We’ll make sure to keep these in mind when planning our meetings. Equally, if there are any topics not mentioned here that you’d like to discuss with us, don’t hesitate to let us know when we next speak.
