As a board director, she focuses on strategy, governance, compliance, and building strong relationships to support business goals.
Life beyond work
Leanne lives in Maldon with her husband, two daughters, and their Yorkshire terrier, Ralph. She loves spending weekends with family and friends, enjoying the simple pleasures of quality time together. Recently, she has taken up gym workouts and also climbed the Three Peaks in 2024.
